Not only does she give credence to Fat Yam, but she seems to be maybe thinking that accupuncture might be the answer? (Did the creators of this ad NOT think of what the "p" word would carry and mean and lend itself to out here in reality??)
I would be very surprised if the creators didn't have exactly that in mind. The commercial seems to have become ubiquitous in the time since I wrote this piece, and that must be why.
